TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HOW THIS WORKS

Upon booking, 50% payment will be taken immediately with the remaining balance taken 14 days out.

Cancellation within 7 days from event will be charged 50% of total amount.

Cancellation outside of 7 days before event will be charged 10% of total amount

Payments will be accepted by Visa or MasterCard, cash or cheque. With credit card payments a physical imprint of card will be required upon start of event. All packages require a three hundred dollar “pre-authorization” payment to cover costs of extra services and products. When booking an accommodation package a five hundred “pre authorization”, will be required, as per hotel policies. These “pre authorization” a damage deposit and will be returned or will expire within 5 business days, minus extra costs incurred.

We are a delivery service. All extra product pickups will have a 20% service charge on cost of item or minimum of $20.00 per day, which ever is higher. If you don’t request anything extra that day of the event, then no extra service charges shall incur.

No package has any taxes attached to price. All applicable taxes will be applied to packages. G.S.T. (goods and services tax) is eligible for refund to international clients.

Gratuities are not included or applied to any set packages. We leave it to your own discretion.

Note *A “Wills butler” is trained under standards set out by Wills Hospitality Services. Standards taught by Wills Hospitality Services are based from experiences and education techniques learned by Andy Wills. This is not to be confused with proper “English butler schools”.

All products are delivered. When ordering alcoholic beverages we will deliver the bottles unopened to your suite. You will actually be purchasing the entire bottle and be charged the appropriate service charge for pickup. We will work with you to ensure the proper size products are appropriate for your consumption.
